Thank you for considering Perfect Presence as your Web Hosting provider.  Please take a moment and read through our terms of use, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact.  Any violation of these terms and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

• The following types of content are Not Allowed:
  
  • No pornographic or adult oriented materials or links to such materials.
  • No pirated software or links to such materials.
  • No hackers programs, archives or links to such materials.
  • No warez sites or links to such materials.
  • No IRC or IRC bots to be operated on a Perfect Presence server.
  • No business of any illegal nature may be transacted on a Perfect Presence server.
• We do not allow spamming or unsolicited commercial email to be sent from a Perfect Presence server or to be sent referring to any domain name or email address maintained on a Perfect Presence server.
• Any background running programs must first be approved by Perfect Presence and may incur additional charges depending on the amount of system resources they use. If you install your own software and it becomes harmful to the operation of the server, Perfect Presence reserves the right to suspend the program or account until the program is fixed.
• Perfect Presence does weekly and monthly backups but ultimately, it is the customers responsibility to backup their data and keep their own copy.  
• Perfect Presence will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of any of the above policies and conditions.
• If you want to cancel your account for any reason, you much notify us by phone or email.  You will be asked to authenticate your request, we can not cancel an account without authenticating that the request is coming from the account owner.
• Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Perfect Presence server or customer of Perfect Presence will result in account termination.
• Perfect Presence reserves the right to remove any account with 10 days prior notice.
• By purchasing a web hosting account you agree to all of the above terms and conditions and agree to indemnify and hold Perfect Presence harmless from any claim or claims resulting from the use of your Perfect Presence account.
• Perfect Presence offers an unconditional money back guarantee. If you are not happy with our service for any reason within the first 30 days of your service, you may cancel your account and request a full refund for the web hosting you purchased.
